In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "oke4" or "the Platform" means the online gaming website operated at oke4.club and all associated services, games, and features made available thereunder.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the oke4 platform.
- "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided by oke4.
- "Wallet" means the virtual currency balance held within a Player's oke4 Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

These Terms apply to all oke4 services including live casino, slots, sports betting, online sabong, bingo, mine games, and arcade titles. By placing any real-money wager on oke4, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on oke4, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

oke4 may require proof of eligibility at any time and may suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to oke4's satisfaction.
Any individual found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, any deposits refunded to the original payment method, and winnings forfeited. oke4 cooperates fully with regulatory authorities in cases involving underage access.
To access real-money gaming on oke4, you must create a registered Account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
4.1 Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. You are obligated to promptly update your Account information if any details change. oke4 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. In the event of unauthorized Account access or suspected compromise, you must notify oke4 support immediately. oke4 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.
4.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold a single Account on the oke4 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. oke4 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances, including winnings, where multi-accounting is detected.
oke4 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and as part of ongoing account monitoring. The KYC process requires you to submit:
- A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (acceptable documents include: UMID, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, passport, or PRC card)
- A clear selfie photograph holding your ID document
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification) where required

6.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. oke4 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independent of oke4.
6.2 Deposit Restrictions
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. oke4 reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend Accounts where third-party funding is detected. Deposits made from payment methods not matching your verified identity may be frozen pending investigation.
6.3 Failed or Delayed Deposits
In the event of a failed or delayed deposit, contact oke4 support with your transaction reference number. oke4 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within 3 business days.
Withdrawal requests may only be made by Players with a fully verified Account (KYC completed). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
7.1 Processing Times
- GCash / Maya: Typically within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts during operational hours
- BDO / BPI / Metrobank bank transfer: 1–3 business hours
- Other methods: Up to 24 hours
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

8.1 Wagering Requirements

8.2 Bonus Abuse
oke4 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim new player bonuses, low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, and coordinated bonus exploitation. oke4's determination of bonus abuse shall be final.
8.3 Bonus Expiry
Unclaimed bonuses and bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your Wallet without notice.

9.1 Return to Player (RTP)

9.2 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game — including but not limited to software errors, connectivity failures, or server issues — oke4 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return wagers to Players' Wallets. 9.3 Game-Specific Rules

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oke4 platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their balance frozen, and any winnings forfeited:
- Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting)
- Providing false identity, age, or address information
- Using the platform while under the age of 21
- Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, unauthorized, or criminal means
- Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
- Colluding with other Players in games or betting markets
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the platform
- Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing anomalies in sports markets
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with oke4 platform software or systems
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions

oke4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where oke4 reasonably believes that:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Your Account activity is fraudulent, involves money laundering, or violates applicable law
- Regulatory requirements compel oke4 to restrict your access
- Continued operation of your Account poses a risk to oke4, other players, or the integrity of the platform
Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance in your Wallet — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited at oke4's discretion, subject to investigation findings. Where Account closure is not due to Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

- Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security
- Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers (GCash, bank networks, etc.) beyond oke4's reasonable control
- Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures
Nothing in these Terms shall limit oke4's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by oke4's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
oke4 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected by oke4 is used for the following purposes: account administration, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and, where you have given separate consent, marketing communications.
oke4 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention agencies as necessary for the lawful operation of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
